PRICE LIST NOTES

• Prices are inclusive of Chambers of Commerce charges when provided and net of VAT.
• The Company Search fee for the COMPANY REGISTRY SEARCH, PROTESTS, SHAREHOLDERS and IMPORT EXPORT SDOE COMPANIES service is applied also if the searches are negative;
• If you access another service from one of the services, using the "link" (hypertext) function, the fees applied will be those specified in this list;
• The PROTEST Service provides, for those accessing via IRMA-3270, the opportunity to "search with strategy". In this case, the fee for each strategy step (max 4) is equal to the one for the basic search.
• The SUMMARY FINANCIAL STATEMENTS service provides for a 5% discount on the sum of individual services for each search yielding 2 outputs; if the search yields 3 outputs (only for users accessing via Web or IRMA 3270), the discount is 10%. Moreover, if the FINANCIAL RATIOS HISTORICAL SERIES and the FINANCIAL RATIOS are requested at the same time, the fee is Lit. 4,200;
• MORTGAGE SEARCH/VIPO service
  • Fees for requests for FORM 60, BORDERS and LAND REGISTRY services need to be added to the fees for the Ordinary or Legal COMPANY REPORT requested.
  • The fee for Rush duties needs to be added to the ordinary report.
  • The fee for FORMALITIES DEVELOPMENT is in addition to the basic fee for the REGISTRY PREJUDICIAL EVENTS search.
  • The fees for reports extracted from the data base are the same as those shown in the mortgage search request section
